Desafortunadamente el reloj nunca llego a mis manos. Si bien el vendedor tiene la certificacion que FEDEX lo entrego al Hotel, nunca fue entregado al destinatario (mi madre) y ellos no se hacen responsables, ya que lo recibio un mayor de 18 años. Pero nunca fue recibido por el comprador real y esto no les importo. Con lo cual debi pagarle a Amex el total de la cmpra + envios por casi U$S 300.
Acaso no es responsable el vendedor por entregar la mercaderia al comprador y no dejarla irresponsablemente a cualquiera? No deberia colaborara en mi busqueda o suspender el cobro del mismo? Pues bien, nada de esto ocurrio
Vivo en Argentina, y desde aqui he hablado con el Grl. Manager del hotel, y hasta he enviado a un amigo a retirarlo, pero el reloj no esta.
Nadie se hace cargo, pero no hay registro de entrega. Solo me queda pedir investigacion a Amex y qu ellos colaboren conmigo. Igual fue un evento muy desafortunado que lo unco que me trajo fue disgusto y muchisimo gasto de dinero, que no se si voy a recuperar
